I arrived in Charleston yesterday and had dinner with the family at Hanks downtown. Such good food and the BEST Peanut Butter Pie Ever!
Today was spent on the beach. It is alwasy gorgeous here.
Started my new book today. I read her 1st Amish thriller; Sworn to Silence. Really reccomend all of her books.
Nothing better than reading a good book on the beach in the sun.
I don’t always make a protein shake after working out but this one I wish I could drink all day long. It is that good.
I found this recipe from Tenley Molzahn’s website “Sweet and Free Life”. (Tenley is from the Bachelor Franchise on ABC).
The Peanut Butter Protein Shake is easy to make and it tastes so good.
Give it a try after your next workout!
Peanut Butter Protein Shake
• 1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (Can use vanilla/dark chocolate or another flavor if wanted)
• 1/2 cup Almond Milk
• 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients.
1 serving. Drink after your workout only.
